About Reed City Realty
Reed City Realty, Inc. is a Michigan Corporation, locally owned and operated, which opened in May of 2002 to fill a need for a strong, technologically advanced Realtor firm in Reed City and the surrounding area. We are a non-franchised, independent firm, as are many of the largest and strongest real estate companies nationwide. We have a sister company located in Big Rapids called, naturally, Big Rapids Realty, Inc., that has been the leading Firm in that area for decades and we hope to bring the strengths of that company to our marketplace.
We have two Associate Brokers, four licensed sales agents and an office secretary. Having adequate support staff allows for outstanding customer service as well as optimum agent support. While we serve listings in the cities of Reed City, Evart, Baldwin and Big Rapids, we also are very familiar with the entire West Central Association of Realtors area of Osceola, Lake, Mecosta and Newaygo counties.
Our advertising and promotion is unmatched in the area!! Whether the local Pioneer newspaper, Realtor Homes Magazine, Real Estate Digest, or Grand Rapids Press, you'll find our listings on a regular basis (promoted in an appealing, eye-catching and professional manner). Not to forget the all-important MLS; Reed City Realty agents belong, and submit listings to, our local area's West Central Association, Grand Rapids Association and the 9 Reciprocal MLS's that cover most of Northern Michigan (these include the Cadillac and Mt. Pleasant area MLS systems).

Leadership: Reed City Realty and its' agents are members of the Michigan and National Associations of Realtors. The company owner is a Past President of our local Board and Past Director of the Michigan Association of Realtors. Most of our agents have served the local Association as Board or Committee members.
Most of our agents at Reed City Realty have received additional, non-mandatory, education in the real estate sales field resulting in 1 CRB, 1 ABRM, 1 ABR Designation being awarded, to date.
Reed City Realty is, by far, the most technologically advanced company in the area! Every agent has a workstation on their desk and can access e-mail and the MLS instantly at a customer's request. Our computer system features a new Dell network server (the server allows individual work-stations to all connect to the network so agents can access the internet/shared files/forms and the MLS among other benefits.). Our network connects to the web thru a high speed DSL connection. The network is served by an HP color laser printer and a color inkjet printer, allowing high quality presentation materials to be produced in-house. We also use two digital cameras for on-line imaging capability. Our NEC telephone system allows individual voice-mail boxes for every associate, allowing them increased productivity.
